Shipping and Delivery Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping (British Virgin Islands)

Virgin Gorda: Orders can be delivered to you at your convenience or picked up within 1–3 business days, depending on the size of the order.

Other BVI Islands: All orders will be transported via Virgin Gorda Transport - Speedy’s. Please note that Speedy’s applies a shipping fee of $5.00.

Pickup & Delivery Details (Pensacola, Florida)
Orders will be ready for pickup within 1–3 business days, depending on the order size. You will receive a notification via email and/or text as soon as your order is completed. If you require same-day pickup, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to expedite your order.

International Shipping
For orders shipping outside of the British Virgin Islands, please contact us via email to inquire about international shipping options and rates. Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with the relevant details to process your order.
Return and Refund Policy
​Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition within 24 hours of purchase by written request to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on personal taste.

Inspection and Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund if applicable.
